Tzatziki is very easy to make and oh so delicious! The flavour gets stronger as the days go, so feel free to make more than you need for the day and eat for days to come.
This is how I made mine today:
1 cup Greek full fat natural yogurt
1 continental (or 2 lebanese) cucumber
Garlic (to taste)
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
Grate the cucumber and place on a clean tea towel. Twist the towel and squeeze out as much liquid as you can.
I used 2 garlic cloves, a bit of olive oil and a few drops of lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all the ingredients together!
Enjoy by itself or as a sauce with any meat! Delicious & good for you!
