Pork schnitzel with cauliflower rice

Dip the pork schnitzels in egg, salt and pepper. Move over to another plate and coat with LSA mix (linseed, sunflower and almond meal) and fry in a generous amount of butter.
Serve with cauliflower fried rice (grate cauliflower finely & fry with salt & pepper in butter)
Make gravy with cream & soy sauce and serve with red cabbage coleslaw.
Yum!
